About Direct Foam

Welcome to the Direct Foam website.

We are family run business based in West Sussex, we have been manufacturing foam products for many years. We are very proud of our reputation for reliability, friendly service and quality products.

Our foam is manufactured in the UK and supplied to us in block form. In some cases these ‘blocks’ weigh in at nearly 200kg and in order to transform into a mattress you need all the most up to date machinery. In our 10,000 sq. ft. custom designed factory we use the latest technology to convert the huge blocks of foam into a ready to go made to measure piece of foam and have been doing so for over 20 years.
