Terms and conditions
- Our standard delivery service includes deliveries made Mon – Fri only
- Someone must be available to sign for the goods when they are delivered, the courier is unable to leave any goods without a signature
- Orders should be checked immediately, if goods are damaged we must be notified within 24 hours
- If there is any damage, replacements will be sent out at no additional cost
- Once a delivery date is arranged we will send the goods for delivery on that day, however we cannot 100% guarantee the delivery will be made. If this is the case it will more than likely be due to a problem with the courier. We will be happy to rectify the problem asap by contacting our courier
- We are unable to give refunds on orders that have been cut to size for you
- If your order is incorrect due to a mistake on our behalf, we will gladly replace your order at no additional charge
- Please note there are additional delivery charges to the following areas GY, JE, TR21-25, IM, AB31-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, ZE, BT and Isle Of Wight. We will contact you after your purchase regarding these additional charges. We are able to arrange AM (£7.50) and Saturday AM (£17.50) deliveries, if you require either of these services the additional charges must be paid directly to us after you have made your purchase.
