Replacing cushions just got easier
If your cushions are too soft, sagging or generally just in need of replacement then why not take advantage of our professional cushion replacement service.
Either send your covers directly to us for a free quote (not forgetting to include your contact details) or follow the simple steps below.
STEP 1 – Order one of our collection packs here or call us on 01293 871712 to request one by telephone (our collections packs are free of charge).
STEP 2 – When your collection pack arrives follow the instructions provided and securely package up your sofa cushions (we only require the covers).
STEP 3 – When your covers are ready for collection you can contact us to arrange collection of the parcel and we’ll send a courier into you on the weekday of your choice (the cost of this service is £12.50 which will be added to your quotation). Alternatively you can send the covers back to us at your own expense.
STEP 4 – Upon receipt of your covers we’ll contact you and provide a quotation and discuss your requirements.
STEP 5 – On acceptance of our quotation we will proceed with the refilling of your sofa cushion to the specifications discussed with yourself and arrange to have them delivered back to you within 7 days. If you do not wish to go ahead with the quotation we can send the cushions back to yourselves for £7.50 on a next day delivery service (Mon-Fri).
STEP 6 – Sit back and enjoy your new sofa cushions
