Mainland UK
We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 (UK mainland only)
Our standard delivery charge is £10.00 for orders under £100 to the UK mainland.
We are able to arrange weekday AM (£15) and Saturday AM (£25) deliveries, UK Mainland only.

Other destinations (Non UK Mainland) are as follows:

AM & Saturday delivery is not available in these areas, including the following postcodes:

Scottish Islands – HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Delivery Times
We aim to deliver orders for our products as follows:
- Standard foam products (Standard, Premium, Luxury) within 3-5 working days, unless they include cushion covers.
- Other foam products (reticulated and packaging foam) within 5-7 days
- Any other products including bespoke cushion covers within 2-4 weeks
However, these delivery times may be longer during busy periods.
To discuss a specific delivery date please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
Receiving your order
Someone must be available to sign for the goods when they are delivered, the courier is usually unable to leave any goods without a signature however exceptions can sometimes be made.
If a valid e-mail address has been supplied you will be notified when your goods have been dispatched. On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a second e-mail which will contain a one hour delivery slot.
If you are local, you are more than welcome to come along to our factory to place your order, some orders can be cut while you wait.
Payment
You can pay via our secure online ordering system using a credit or debit card.
If you prefer to call us, you can pay over the phone using a credit or debit card.
Alternatively, you can pay by cheque or postal order, please make cheques payable to Southern Foam and post to Unit 1, Dial Post Park, Horsham Road, Rusper, West Sussex RH12 4QX
