Replacing cushions just got easier with our easy cushion replacement service
If your cushions are too soft, sagging, or generally just in need of replacement, then why not take advantage of our professional, easy cushion replacement and refill service – we do all the work!
What you have to do
STEP 1 – Order one of our collection packs below or call us on 01293 871712 to request one by telephone (our collection packs are sent to you free of charge).
STEP 2 – When your collection pack arrives, follow the instructions to securely package your sofa cushion covers (we only need the covers). Contact us to arrange a collection. We’ll send a courier to you on your chosen weekday. This service costs £12.50, which will be added to your quotation. Alternatively, you can send the cushion covers to us at your own expense.
What happens next
STEP 3 – Upon receipt of your cushion covers we’ll contact you via email and provide a quotation*.
STEP 4 – On acceptance of our quotation we will proceed with the refilling of your sofa cushion to the specifications discussed with you and arrange to have them delivered back to you within 3 – 5 days. We guarantee to have your cushion(s) back with you within 7 working days.
If you do not wish to go ahead with the quotation we can send the cushions back to you for £10.00 on a next day delivery service (Mon-Fri).
